Importer belum memberikan informasi pembayaran, padahal sudah berulang-ulang ditanyakan, biasanya jika ditanyakan masalah pembayaran bisa saja beralasan hanya satu orang yang handle masalah tersebut dan sedang tidak ada di kantor. Tetapi, eksporter harus tetap menanyakan supaya masalah tersebut cepat terselesaikan.
RE : OUTSTANDING PAYMENT
Dear Mr. Ray,
Please kindly refer to our previous e-mail regarding the above-mentioned matter. We have been trying to look for you and talk to you, but you are never in the office. Your staff informed us that you would only be back next Monday. As far as we know, no one but you in the office can settle the payment. If you aren’t around, then nobody can help us get information. We don’t know what to write anymore. This e-mail bears the same message as the previous one. We want you to settle the payment within early next week. Today is April 10, 2009 and it is Thursday. As per your promise that you will settle it within this week, we know it is impossible for you to keep your promise.
Actually, we don’t feel good at writing this e-mail again and again, but we don’t have other choice. We are running out of words. So, before ending this message, we would like to highlight the problems again:
1. Please settle the payment
2. Please settle it within early next
