Eksporter sudah berusaha untuk menghubungi Importer langsung via phone tetapi tidak bisa. Ada barang yang siap dikirim, tetapi pembayaran untuk pengiriman sebelumnya belum dilunasi. Eksporter berusaha untuk meminta jawaban kenapa kok sekarang lama sekali proses transfer dan kenapa tidak ada pengganti yang bisa handle masalah pembayaran. Nah, sebagai eksporter harus aktif untuk memperoleh jawaban. Tidak usah malu untuk terus mengirimi e-mail/fax.
RE : USD 20,000.00 OUTSTANDING PAYMENT
Dear Mr. Ray,
Many times we called you in your mobile phone and your office, but we still couldn’t talk to you. You must be aware that we have finished all of your order and we believe that you are 100 % understand that you still have outstanding payment for the last shipment.
We would really like to know when you’re going to release the payment and we definitely would also want to know the reason why it takes you this long to release the payment. If you’re abroad for business trip or something, we believe there is someone in your company who is in charge for this affair.
This time we are really up to our head and we will do all effort to talk to you and ask you for the payment. This will be tiring for both of us and especially to our company, but we won’t stop until we get your reply. You used to reply our fax fast and we hope you will also reply us this time.
