Designing Dreams until It Comes True

Dear All,

For a moment, I opened again the previous posts. It’s fun :-). There is a dream, hopes and continuous effort even though sometimes boring comes. Waktu memang menentukan segalanya. It’s so beautiful …. on June 7, 2009 post titled : Let’s talk about home. Mimpi punya rumah …. and finally since 28 September 2010, we have been moving to the sweet home, and, again … on August 29, 2009, the desire to have an online business …. finally on 15 February 2011 for the first time ventured to only publishing photos of products, while, the information accompany the online business has not been published :-). Never mind, for me, let it flow. Cause Everything is gonna be okay …. 🙂

Dear Mr. Ray,

The goods have been delivered on April 15, 2010 but we have some mistakes on the quantity.

As per our production information, they missed …. pcs of ….. but they have sent … pcs more for style …… Enclosed is the document of the shipment. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

The New Spirit

This morning, I’m so happy 🙂 🙂 Becauseee …. I’m waiting for the … hari kemandirian. Takut dan bahagia bercampur menjadi satu. Anyway, saat berbagi ilmu pengetahuan ah ….

Ceritanya nih eksporter hendak mengirim sample produk kepada Importer, sudah memesan kurir yang biasa dipakai untuk pick up sample tersebut. Tetapi, pihak kurir menginformasikan bahwa consignee menunda /membatalkan sementara pengiriman. Jadi, Eksporter minta klarifikasi

RE : SHIPMENT FOR PRODUCT SAMPLE

Dear Mr. Ray,

After receiving your email dd. …., we directly booked space with the usual courier. But, this morning, they told us that consignee cancels the above order already. Please clarify, and then inform it with us accordingly.
By the way, we would like to ask you why you hold the shipment sample because as we know, the goods have already finished. Please kindly inform us when we can deliver your shipment sample.

MOTHER KNOWS BEST

Betapa melelahkan juga mengurusi anak, membuat apa yang mereka dapatkan sesuai dengan jamannya sekarang, saat lelah begini, aku perhatikan wajah imut mereka saat tidur begitu damai. Sampai lupa nih, punya wordpress yang perlu di up date 🙂

Sharing dulu yaa tentang contoh correspondence. Ini tentang shipment alias pengiriman. Kasusnya Importer punya beberapa order tetapi karena Importer punya prioritas order mana yang harus dikirim sehingga mereka minta dihold dulu sedangkan Eksporter juga mempunyai keterbatasan gudang untuk menyimpan barang. Jadi surat permintaan untuk disetujui rencana pengiriman bisa seperti berikut :

RE : YOUR ORDER NO. XXX

Dear Mr. Ray,

Through this letter, we would like to inform you that the good of this order number has already finished production and until today we don’t get any definite answer from your side.

Many of your orders have already been held at our warehouse. We only have limited warehouse space. If you keep on asking us to hold shipments, our warehouse cannot accommodate your goods. It’s too full and it affects our merchandises flow. Our factory runs everyday and we produce another buyers order. We also need space for them.

For our both sake, please kindly hurriedly take action on this matter. We would appreciate it very much if we could get your soonest respond.

LET’S THE WORDS BRING SOMETHING TO OUR LIFE

My favourite words….. Here there are :

Dua puluh tahun dari sekarang, aku akan lebih kecewa karena tidak melakukan sesuatu daripada kecewa atas apa yang sudah aku lakukan ……..

Kira-kira apa yang bisa Eksporter sampaikan pada Buyer lama yang tidak mengikuti prosedur tetapi ada order sayangnya pembayaran DP belum ada, padahal Eksporter juga butuh order malahan sudah diproduksi dan tinggal pengiriman. Penyampaian isi surat bisa seperti di bawah ini :

RE : 40 % DOWN PAYMENT

Dear Mr. Ray,

As per agreement between you and our Director, you will give us 40 % down payment and the balance will be settled one month after the delivery dates. Therefore, we would appreciate it very much if you could transfer us the 40% down payment.

Please do us a favor to hurriedly transfer the amount above, because we have ordered for shipment even though we have not received your payment. We are doing you a favor not to follow the correct procedure and we hope you could assist us with the payment, too.

Last but not least, we thank you for your kind attention and cooperation. We shall look forward to hearing from you.

What Secretary Things to Do

Now is December, End of Year again. All I can do now is just to share what I had done before. But, of course I have been preparing three another things to do. I promise next year will be a prosperous year for me. ( Lets motivate ourself, Go Nenen Go 🙂 )

Okay, kalau yang ini nih salah satu contoh lagi dari kasus Importer yang belum melakukan pembayaran, sudah ditelpon, lalu sudah menjamin kepada Boss kalau Importer mau bayar, tapi belum juga nongol bukti transfernya. Sedangkan shipment harus sesuai keinginan Importer. Agak sebel juga kan.? Isi suratnya bisa dech seperti berikut. Moga-moga bisa membantu ya ….

RE : OUTSTANDING PAYMENT

Dear Mr.Ray,

According to our tele-conversation, you promised that you would e-mail the transfer note today. We are running out of words to push you about the releasing payment. We have guaranteed you for Our Director but you always do not keep your promise and no transfer is made until today. How can we guarantee you next time not to delay your shipment if you do not want to help us keep your promise?.
